Finally got around to reading this one (it was a @booksparks pick for #frc2019 back in the fall!) and really enjoyed it — it’s a story set in rural Kentucky in the early 1900s, following a pack of brave and badass women who become packhorse librarians, delivering books to people all over the area. It has tension and drama, fierce female characters, and a good dose history I knew little about. Reminiscent of To Kill a Mockingbird in parts, too, I thought!
