This series has me hooked. I've already devoured book 2 and I am now on the free prequal novella that Gwyn kindly gifts when you sign up to her newsletter. I love the ritualistic behavioural side of the crimes in this series. It's just something a bit different to other series. It does give me Chris Carter vibes if you're a fan of the Robert Hunter books. 

Harrison is a unique character and I love getting to know him more. His insights into the case are so interesting and I'm so intrigued by his past. There are also some great recurring characters. The hunt for the killer had me hooked and I had no idea if they were going to find the missing boy in time. It's a fast paced read that I couldn't put down. Definitely recommend.
