Every Boy's Got One
by Meg Cabot
The only good thing about this book was it was a very quick read. Mostly told through emails and 'journal' entries, it is a fairly predictable romance; but unfortunately had no real substance and relied heavily on the understanding that these two characters were destined to fall in love as that's what is expected in these books. The story-line and the characters had too little substance to really appreciate, or to make up for the bad writing. The main female character, Jane, had nothing I could empathize with - she was just a shallow, self-obsessed woman that I found myself rooting against. There are much better books out there so don't waste your time with this one.
