It was sappy, very instalovey and overall very cheesy, but I kinda loved the shit out of it?

Elena was very compelling, in all her vain glory, but by the end I'd kind of fallen in love with her.

It was very nineties, which was cool, though I'm kinda disappointed to see that they move it into the 2010s later in the series.

Damon was a dick, kinda funny and I want him to go fall in a ditch and stay there, but that's what's good about him.

The narrator did a great job, though I can't tell you the quality of her Italian accent, but I thought she did very well.

Overall I'm very happy with it and think it deserves my four star rating.
