Did I finish it all in one sitting? Yes. Yes I did.
Do I regret that decision? ABSOLUTLEY NOT!!!!
Another banger. Devoured.

Alexei and Lara are perfect. You can not help but love everything about them, the love they have for each other, their struggles, their connection, the dynamics of it all. Their bond was incredible and I was so happy that the Volkov brothers supported their relationship and didn't give them issues.

Luna handled the chaos of Alexei and the struggles of Lara so well. Their inner demons really wanted to break through a lot but they had each other to keep them grounded. Alexei knew that he would do anything to protect Lara and that meant selling his soul to protect her and keeping her safe. I really loved how he always told Lara how beautiful she was and attempted to learn how to help her when she needed it the most. He was a great support system for her.

I love this series so much and I can not wait for Mikhail's story next, he is always so mysterious so I really want, no need, his story like my next breath!
