A Heart That Works

This was definitely a window read for me...it's not a perspective I'm familiar with but one I wanted to be a part of, especially as a parent. Like Delaney points out death comes for all, we just don't know the order, time, or place. I went through quite the gambit of emotions with this read, crying within the first 10 pages to finding myself relating to his dark sense of humor, laughing out loud several times. This was truly a beautiful book.
