I normally don't love short story collections and I genuinely avoid them. I actually DNFed a book of ss just before this one. 

Well I saw this book at a bargain store and I have heard great things about CS' books. I did not realize this was short stories when i bought it, but I went in trying to keep an open mind. 

And man, I am happy I did. These stories were really well written. There was one or two that made me say meh. But overall, these stories were well written and honestly most women can connect to the feelings/thoughts/actions of many women in this book. 

Def recommend.
