Tender Is the Flesh
by Agustina Bazterrica
If you are looking for a dystopian to haunt every waking moment from the moment you finish it this is the one for you… this book somehow managed to be simultaneously the most disturbing and one of the most important premises I’ve read this year. Be warned it is uncomfortable and raw taking the meat industry to a form no one can agree with and it truly questions human morality and where we draw the line!
That said, I did find it to be extremely well portrayed and I was kept on my toes the entire time which is always a bonus :))
