Always
by Loren Leigh
"In a sky stacked with stars, he’s the brightest one. The one I’m drawn to, again and again."
This was different.
In a way I did not expect.
Of course you have the brothers best friend, cause why not? right.
Jin & Kepler...Swoon
This is everything I would expect from a brothers best friend, hidden feelings but not really.
This book was so good and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would, but can we talk about all the acceptance because yes, I am here for it and it should always be that way!
Everything is here in this book that ticks off my boxes..
Brothers best friend...
All the astronomy..
Best friends..
Just a bit of humor..
Some spice..
and then the twist we get...
The other big thing this book touches is the impossible task of loving an addict. The subject itself is a hard one to tackle but it was done great in this book. Addiction is something that most don't understand and don't want to. It's complex and hard to grapple with because in the end you just want that person back, or at least the person they used to be but addiction changes people. You get that from this book, you also get both sides of how it can be handled by loved ones.
Shin and Jin handle things from both sides in my opinion and it was what added to that part of the book.
Loren is a new author for me and I can say I can't wait to see if we get more from this group because come one we have to have more from this group of people. There is so many possibilities!
