I loved Collision so I was very excited to pick up Avoidance but sadly this one did not speak to me as much. This book really tells the story of love persisting even through the tough times of transition which is wonderful, but I did not connect to it as much. Kristen wrote such a strong debut with collision, so in my mind it was difficult to make it to the same degree. Still a great book for anyone who loves romance, especially love stories that last the test of time and difficulty.
