Ashline has always been a little off. When she starts a new school, she only feels even more off the beaten track. But there's a good reason for it. She discovers a group of students that all have special abilities linked to various gods or goddesses, and she's one of them. When her sister takes the wrong side in the upcoming battle, they are pitted against each other in an age old war.

I loved Ashline and her friends. The mix of various mythologies had you constantly trying to guess who was supposed to be which god. Lots of action with lots of emotion. A great read.
