The Last Olympian
by Rick Riordan
A fitting end to the first Olympian series, with tragedy and battle, this book kept me reading late into the night. I devoured it in 3 hours. While Riordan's writing style is not exactly one I like, I still enjoyed the story, the fulfillment of the mysterious "great prophecy" and the satisfaction of the interaction with the gods. Despite this series not making my top 10 list of best series, I'll still recommend it to anyone who likes fantasy and mythology.
