I enjoyed this small town romance with a mansion being flipped while filmed for YouTube, the MC guy (Silas) slowly pulling MC girl (Maggie) into his town life and his love. The town's people and their quirks. Silas's family. The house and it's mystery of the originally owners. Kevin the dog really stole the show for me. He's such a funny dog with such a big personality!

This book made me laugh and it made me swoon at the romance. The second to last chapter had me wiping away tears from laughing and the last chapter made me cry with all the wrap ups of everyone. This book made me believe in signs.
