Slow to start, but an interesting romantic take on a Saturday Night Live-esque show where a writer has a connection with a host/musical guest. The first part of the book is very focused on that intense week if the show. Part 2 happens some time later and takes place during the early part of the COVID quarantine time of 2020. I really enjoyed the story, but wished the narrator Sally had had a bit more emotional growth. Noah, the singer/host was literally perfect and considerate in every single way possible.
