A good wee adventure aimed at younger readers (9-12), but perhaps a bit too intense for the youngest of these. Emulates the boarding school setting and a magical environment with a conflicted young anti-hero with strained family relationships at the centre of things.
Entertaining, but not at par with the other projects of these two authors.
