This was if Superman went bad. We've seen it before. However, this feels....creepy?

In here our main character, Gabriel Cole, gets to be partners with Alpha One. Who's that? Our Superman like character. Goes around and tries to save people as much as possible. When Cole begins to team up we seem them begin to be friends. But every nice scene is followed with how creepy Alpha One can be. More so than Boys or Irredeemable, Alpha One seems even more disturbed and broken and that might be due to the art pushing his odd look.

Overall, good stuff. The dialogue is really solid, art is good, and the pacing is great. Alpha One is scary and Cole is very sympathetic. The marriage angle is new and it actually works well. The only negative is it feels very predictable so far. But I'm eager to get to the 2nd half now! A 3.5 out of 5.
