This short story details the effects of a well written computer virus in a time when every bit of technology has been wired into the internet, from cars to homes to foods. I'd hoped for more personal characters to ground this story, but Liu's self deprecating portrait of himself and fellow Science Fiction authors was a delight. Wickedly funny, Liu pokes a lot of fun while simultaneously telling a story of enormous devastation.
