It feels like there’s a lot of set up in this volume. But that’s not to say it’s not enjoyable.
Some interesting things to come. I see my favourite villain is on his way back. Some new ones get some depth to them, and Guts seems to go through a bit of a mentality change.
I fell off the series a little at the end of the last arc, but this volume has really brought me back into it.
