The book is not *objectively* terrible. However, I feel like the author was trying to talk deeply about life and love but the writing and structure missed the mark in every way for me and felt extremely forced. It didn’t help that the two characters were so incredibly unlikeable it was difficult to root for them, especially because of how terrible their communication skills were. Overall, I disliked almost everything about this experience.
