UM that steamy scene is BURNED into my brain. I took notes! Becca KNOWS what she wants from her partner.

Jokes aside, this was a fun read. F/F new adult college romance between two women playing as teammates on the college lacrosse team. Lots of pining for one another, some good character development and working through past shitty relationships. It had me swooning. There's something amazing that happens in a wlw romance. Nuances, little things, heated shit.

Minus the ending where Becca had Hope (who is dyslexic and has talked through the insecurities and struggles she has with reading) read this novel grovel letter in front of the entire team. Like c'mon, that's a high pressure moment already and you're going to make your dyslexic boo read on top of it?? I'm choosing to let it go, and that's not the hill I die on today. Let them be in love.
