I really enjoyed this series, even more than The Circle of Magic. It's darker, more violent, and a lot of people die - which doesn't sound like a good thing, but it kind of relates really well to how much older Sandry, Briar, Daja, and Tris are and how much more responsibility is thrown at them. They're now in the real world, and the real world is messy and not as safe as they thought. :)
