I loved this book, it was an engrossing and entertaining read that struck some emotional chords made me root for Ivy, the main character.
This is a mystery with paranormal elements I wouldn’t define it a fantasy as there’s not a lot of world building and the fantasy element takes the backseat to the character development and the mystery aspects.
I loved the style of writing, the well written and fleshed out characters, and the plot.
The mystery was very good and even if I guessed the culprit I was not able to guess the reason and how it was done.
It would be great if this was the beginning of a series as I am curious to know what will happen to Ivy.
A very good book, highly recommended.
