Oh, what a story I hoped this would be. The idea of a murder at a New England prep school that was a sloppy solve back in 1995, with a classmate who now hosts a true crime podcast looking back while being a two week guest instructor at the site of the murder.
Great setup - annoying and frantic narrator made me almost give this up. But I did need to know who did this or what the solution was. Unfortunately my library checkout was due at the end of part one and I had to wait 5 weeks to get back to this. Having that time away made me actually enjoy the second half a bit more. Bodie, now as an adult looking back to the past and how actions that were acceptable as a 17 year old were actually physical or emotional assault. Not a great ending, but I am glad I finished it.
