I liked this better than I expected. I was interested in their lives after the first section really. Somewhat compelling in that way. It's until the very end you get the connectiong to Practical Magic, the movie. I haven't read that book so maybe there's more clues in it. I did cry a bit for Vincent and Haylin. A decent read.
