I love a collection of short stories. Especially when they are well timed, and pack a punch in a few pages. Kayla Frederick has really hit the mark with this collection.  Spanning from supernatural to some pretty gory tales, this book will have at least one story to appeal to everyone. My personal favorites are "The Day You Killed Me", "Mirror Image" and "Secrets of the Quiet Visitor". Overall, each story held their own in their own right and were the perfect companion to a late night reading session before bed.
