I was super excited when I saw the author was releasing a new series but when I saw it was a summer romance in the Hamptons?! Yes pls! It’s also billionaire, age gap, ex boyfriend’s brother and boss/employee and those tropes together made for a super hot combination. Cal is down bad for Lucy, almost from the start and there’s nothing I love more than seeing a billionaire weak for a woman. Lucy was adorable and I loved that she made Cal work for it, she didn’t ever give into him too easily and I always applaud that. Such a good first book to start the series, I can’t wait to see who the next book is about!
