Forget Me Not: A Short Story by Elaine Ewertz
4.0

Interesting short read about the consequences of using a futuristic drug that can make you forget about the person who broke your heart. It can also warn readers about toxic relationships as well. Readers will root for Jake (I know I did), and maybe even recognize someone they know in the umm...craziness that is Alice. I personally thought the ending was predictable, and I did notice a little flaw in the story line.

SpoilerAt one point, Alice's mom says she's never met Alice's boyfriend (Jake), but at the end she says she had wanted him for herself and thought he was a "hot young thing."
