I’ve seen a lot of poor reviews for this one. It’s not awful. It reads more as YA fantasy adventure than an adult fantasy romance. I think it’s a little too long and choppy at times.  I got bored in the middle and switched to the audio to finish.  
It wasn’t memorable for me but if you enjoy more YA books then give it a try.
