There were so many things that could have made this book really good but then again it feels so underdeveloped. Long stretches of military mumbo jumbo and weird kind of fascist takes make this a difficult read. The action can be good sometimes, but its nothing special. I see the potential but it just fell short for me.

Also theres this one passage that kind of says beating kids is good for their development?

I wanted to like it because its a classic but I just couldnt agree with most of the stances it takes
