I feel like it was fine but sometimes it read like fanfiction which is not what I’m looking for when I pick up a novel? Also I do t really know anything about American politics (nor do I care that much if I’m honest), so those parts did not really get me at all. I enjoyed the utopia the author created but it directly makes me reflect upon real life where nothing in this book might be happening soon, so I leave that book behind with mixed feelings.
