This was an interesting mix of a book with fae and Native American folklore.

Cat becomes thrust into a world of fae and their hunters when her mother dies of an apparent heart attack. Cat doesn't believe it so wants to investigate. The medical examiner is not what he seems.

There were a lot of characters in this book and it becomes confusing a bit. I felt the world wasn't as well built as like ACOTAR but it didn't require much to tell about the world which they live in.
