A great audio book to listen to since it has a great cast for each character interviewed. This is one of my husband's favorite books (well, liked it enough it made it as one of his 4 selections for me to paint on our Book Stairs) and it was constantly recommended as a top pick for favorite audiobook. They haven't steered me wrong yet!

Each interview was different and I had different levels of interest and engagement in them. It almost felt like a different author wrote them sometimes! The lower rating I gave this isn't because of poor writing or anything, it's just a genre I don't normally read. No not zombies, I like a good zombie story, I love survival tales. War stories are what I can't quite get into. My eyes would glaze over and I would lose track when the character would ramble about weapons or war machines or tactics. It was the "average Joe" type character I liked because I could better understand where they were coming from.

Anyway, a great listen-especially during Halloween season- I feel more prepared for a Zombie apocalypse.
