When I found out my favorite college professor had written a book I knew I had to buy it! I think I took just about every class she taught when I was at Siue. So, of course I wanted to support this incredible human and I knew the book was going to be something special. It truly was a beautiful reading experience that will stay with me and I hope to practice many of the lessons Dr. Cairo presented in this book. It was truly an inspirational read! Highly recommend this! I started listening to the podcast as well and it is also wonderful.
