I liked the story. Historical witch trials with a romantic twist. The relationship moves fast and the beginning when Arianna and Darius meet is a bit confusing because his character seems to flip the script a lot. I don’t like

that they had him have children with so many women and have a history with many more. I REALLY didn’t like Elizabeth’s contribution to that part of the story either.

ignoring the fact that it is historically accurate, that and the “men will be men” excuse they use to justify it. 
The side characters seem to just fall off the page at some point to, so don’t get too attached to knowing what happens with them.
