Book Review: "Make Time" - 2.75/5 ⭐️

I started Make Time with high hopes, and it did deliver some helpful tips, but overall it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. 📚

What I liked:
- Scheduling "me time" and being productive within that time ✅
- Not letting others double-book you during your dedicated time ⏰
- Writing things down because it actually makes you more likely to get them done ✍️
- Creating a priority list that includes you and your health 💪🏼 🧘

However, there were parts I didn’t agree with:
- The idea that it's okay to flake on people or plans just because it's your time 🤷🏻‍♀️. I believe it's more about not over-booking yourself in the first place. Life happens, but flaking on others who are counting on you is not the same as canceling due to unavoidable circumstances.
- The focus on self-importance at the expense of others—it felt a bit too me-centered, especially as a parent of four, where I’m second only to my health 💖.

If you're struggling with time management, and want to stop doom scrolling or wasting time, this book might offer some help. However, if you're looking for more long-term habits, I recommend Atomic Habits over this one. 🔄
