Just like its predecessor, The Rose and the Dagger was fast paced with absolutely exquisite story telling. It was a quick read, fun and emotional with just as much magic and romance as the first. It was a near perfect ending for the duology.
I just really loved this book. I only took away the half a star for an unnecessary character death. THEY DESERVED TO LIVE. WHAT DID YOU PROVE. BRING THEM BACK.
