If You Love Me
by Helena Hunting
medium-paced
I was super excited for this book based on the epilogue from Hemi and Dallas’ book. It didn’t disappoint!
I watch a lot of hockey and fully understand the game, but loved the behind the scenes we got in this book. I love that I have no clue whether they were accurate or not.
I enjoyed Lexi’s take no shit attitude with the team. Roman, as always, perfect daddy attitude.
The reason for knocking a star off is because I don’t know that I would have appreciated this book as much if I hadn’t read the novella. I read them back to back so it was almost as one book for me.
Loved the build up for the next couples. I am *dying* to know if we’re going to get a ✨very forbidden✨ age-gap, coach’s daughter with Flip and Tally. Even the foreshadowing with the coach saying something like he’d prefer Flip over no-name.
I received a free e-ARC from Good Girls PR and Helena Hunting in exchange for an honest review.
