This was cute and fun and overall a nice romance.

I did like how the characters changed throughout the story as in many romance stories.

in the sense that they didn't change but rather learned to see/understand the other character and start to get who they really are and what make them the person they are instead of just seeing this glossed over surface level they saw of each other before. But the characters themselves didn't change. The clearly klutzy girl didn't all of a sudden stop falling over, or being run over or accidentally knocking over glasses, and the level headed guy didn't suddenly taking everything lightly or ignoring what is being said to him.

They stayed the characters they were introduced as, their preception of the other one just changed so that they saw the others as someone more than they expected to see.

I did really enjoy that because i dislike if -most of the time at least- in romance stories one character suddenly becomes this whole entire different person because or with the love interest.

The book itself was nicely written.

Its easy to read, entertaining and fun and while light also not too fluffy or ridiculous.

I also enjoyed how the "best friend of brother / Sister of best friend" trope was handled in this book.

I didn't love that this book did the whole "lets throw some conflict in now" thing that i never love in romance stories because why do authors do that so often?
Characters that behave adult and responsible typically and talk about basically everything with each other... suddenly there is this one thing that they don't talk about and it comes back to bite them in some way and makes this unnecessary conflict.

And especially in this story it felt so utterly unnecessary to have this big conflict go as big as it did, especially for the reasons and how played out. Maybe i am just really not a fan of this particular plot device and that makes me notice it even more. I don't know but i think this book could have done without this moment and just continued on with the characters working on learning to be in a relationship with each other instead, since with such different personalities i am sure there would have been enough moments that could have taken place instead of that and ended the book the same way.

It was overall a very fun and nice story and i do recommend it.
It has great characters, hilarious moments without being stupid in what is happening and the romance is mostly very well done.

I had fun, i was entertained and grinned a few times throughout the book and am very interested in reading more by the author.
