I would recommend this book to anyone and everybody. This was a beautiful and insightful look into the plight of the Palestinian people. It is easily digestible and understandable and I think gives an important perspective and points for those who are maybe more knowledgeable regarding the history and conflict that is and has occurred... but it is truly a masterpiece as a potential introduction to the events that have been occurring. 

While I would highly recommend that people read work by Palestinian's regarding the current and historical events, there is a sad lack of such literature being published and promoted. Coates acts as a true ally in this work as he lends his voice and already established connections to speak to what has and is occurring and to name those we could be looking to, if one wants to become even more informed.
