this was different than i expected it to be, in a good way, but i didnt love the third act conflict or how things ended with her family. i thought what happened to oz in the last chapter was perfect tho! i will prob read more from this author, but probably not the next one in this series bc i dont like villain mmcs usually or the memory loss trope
