I think this would have been better for me to physically read and have the songs the author references ready to listen to when they were brought up. It was interesting, but it took way too long for me to get into because it ended up being completely different than what I expected based on the title. The topic is definitely one the author is passionate about, which did help me finish the book. Overall, probably won’t revisit this one and wouldn’t recommend unless you’re interested in music production/engineering and the author’s own experiences as a sound engineer and music producer.
