This is the best graphic novel I’ve ever read.

I’ve been on a graphic novel binge for the past couple of months, but the others don’t compare. Gulledge uses every advantage of the graphic novel form to express the feelings and thoughts going on in the novel. The art doesn’t shy away from being surreal and strange, and it’s delightful. I spent much longer reading this than I usually take with graphic novels, but I just enjoyed looking at the art. There were so many gems to be found inside, too; little words of wisdom and encouragement.

If you’re an artist or a creative, you must read this book. I wish I could give it ten stars!
