This is exactly how it feels to watch a whole arc of The Clone Wars series.
The hype for this book was absolutely correct and it really scratched the itch I've had since finishing TCW. I'm so happy we get to see where Asajj Ventress ends up while getting to live inside her head. She is an astounding character and I live for her morally grey nature.
Quinlan Voss was a wonderful surprise. Without giving away big spoilers, I feel as though Quinlan granted us a look at how Anakin might have ended up if he had made different decisions. It also reveals even more evidence that the Jedi council was off their rocker during this war; excluding only Obi-Wan and Yoda. Their blind decision making is actually unnerving but gives reason to some of their actions in Revenge of the Sith.
Overall, this book had a great plot and wonderful character development while tying up story lines from other SW projects.
