This book was not what it was advertised to be. If you're seeking straight up slasher horror? This isn't the book for you. It introduces supernatural/paranormal elements that really drag it down. Also, there are ways the killer is described that make me feel deeply uncomfortable as it seems to heavily suggest the mental illness super power aspect at one point amongst other things.
