The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid
5.0

Rating this 5 stars just for the sheer fact that the author did what I wish anyone writing a bisexual character did: made her unapologetically bisexual. She loved men and she loved women and she did not take ANY shit when people tried to label her one way or the other. She lived in an unfortunate time where one could be killed for their sexuality, so mistakes were made on all parts as bi wasn’t really even a thing.

This book was so realistic, so raw, so emotional that I’m left sitting here feeling every emotion possible. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of her relationships made me angry, but the gritty realism is what made them seem real. Seem relatable.

I loved the representation. I loved this book.
