Not sure if it was the translation or what, but this felt very repetitive and not so much a guide as a statement that you should habitually do a deep clean every so often in order to keep things in order and not leave a burden for your loved ones when you pass. I was looking for inspiration to help cull my clutter but didn't find it here.
