Self exploration as a catharsis. I respect that for the good it probably did to the author (I hope so) and maybe for some readers as well, but for me... this didn't do it. Mixed of poems and quotes/thoughts/advices, I like the concept and canvas of it all, but it was the form, the poetry, the writing that didn't please me. Not judging the person here of the subject, hard subject to talk about, and like I said if it did some good or help people then it deserve to be. Just saying my opinion and personal appreciation and for me it was a miss!
