This was good, but sadly not nearly as good as the first book for me

I really liked the characters, especially both sets of friend groups. They're lots of fun to read and I enjoyed seeing all the love and support between them. The plot was a little convenient but still fun, and I did like the chemistry between the two main characters

My main issue was with the sex scenes and the use of kink. I really really wish this had been longer so that the main characters could have actually discussed kink prior to just jumping in with all the "good girl" and "daddy" stuff. The scenes themselves were well written, but without seeing them discuss consent, limits, boundaries, all of that they ended up giving me the ick at times. The last thing you want to be doing during a spicy scene is cringing lmfao, it really took me out of the story and drastically lowered my enjoyment

Other than that, this was a great addition to this series and I can't wait to see where it goes next!
