I enjoyed the set up of this book. I thought it was an interesting concept, starting with a picture taken and shared without concent online, which then went viral and brought our characters together.
I also love New York as a setting.
However, that's kind of where it ended for me. Beyond that I wasn't invested at all.
The male lead Hayes felt undeveloped, and the romance didn't really work for me.
I just wound up not enjoying it unfortunately.
