Maybe not the best book of Brian Welch, but a very personal and honest, at least it seem, book. He talk about his personal problem (mostly financially in the first part of the book, which it the one that made it lost a star, because it feel kind of long at some point), and the difficulty he had raising his girl in her teenage years, which is the best part of the book, and it's very emotional sometime. Overall it cover the years from the day he quit KoRn until when he came back (2005-2015 approximately). It's a interesting book for the fan of KoRn and/or Brian, with a message of hope for people who are going trough rough time. Of course there is a lot of religious talking in it, but it wasn't a concern for me. I would recommend reading his first books, of at least Save Me From Myself, before going with this one, but in the end the choice is your! Nice reading!
